What do we mean when we say we're bringing manufacturing back to America?

From resurrecting the local knowledge, to bringing the machinery back into this country.

The BUILT Safety Toe Work Boot is the culmination of that effort.

In 2011 we built a timber frame factory in the woods of Maine. We found the old timers to show us the old ways. We did what had to be done. We dug deep in the ground and in our hearts. We brought back what was forgotten. The people remembered why they used to be makers. “The world’s best”, that’s what American Made used to mean. Here’s the secret... it still does.

We source our materials and components close to home. From brass eyelets, to laces and thread, everything is sourced domestically. Proving the American supply chain is still very much alive. Have comfort that your boots are 100% Made in America, without compromise.

Amazing out of the box

I have been searching for a great work boot that would accommodate a bad ankle. I can honestly say I have never felt a more comfortable boot out of the box and actually provide relief. I work 12-16 hour shifts and this boot will be a game changer for me. I was apprehensive about the price tag but the way they feel on my feet make me feel like I got an exceptional deal. I can’t speak for everyone, but if you are considering these boots, they are more than worth the money. I will not be buying another brand as long as they remain in business.

After getting the first pair that were a little small the was a quick turnaround and shipping out of the right size. Everyone I spoke to were kind and supportive. The boots have been wonderful, from the motorcycle to the woods of the Pacific Northwest to the production floor of intel there boots have broken in quickly and look good doing it.
