Story of the Coronado Boot

The Coronado features a very unique tannage. The leather is waxed and has amazing pull-up . A durable leather that holds its shape, but wears in fast and takes on a distressed look for added character.

In 2011 we built a timber frame factory in the woods of Maine. We found the old timers to show us the old ways. We did what had to be done. We dug deep in the ground and in our hearts. We brought back what was forgotten. The people remembered why they used to be makers. “The world’s best”, that’s what American Made used to mean. Here’s the secret... it still does.

All our leather is tanned right here in Maine, 45 minutes from the Origin boot factory. We source our materials and components close to home. From brass eyelets, to laces and thread, everything is sourced domestically. Proving the American supply chain is still very much alive. Have comfort that your boots are 100% Made in America, without compromise.

    Great Quality - Look Great

They look great and feel solid. I'm really happy about my purchase. They do seem like they'll take some time to wear in, which is to be expected. I have had positive comments on these boots from people who never comment on my shoes. :) I also love that these are made in the USA.

    Awesome Boots

Just received my new Origin Boots and these are by far the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn. Minimal break in time needed. Sizing is spot on. I wear an 11.5 tennis shoe and the 11.5 boot fits perfect. Just go ahead and buy a pair of awesome American Made boots you won’t regret it.

    Coronado boots

Very nice boots. As someone new to leather boots, I was not sure what to expect - I live in mid hiking boots and trail runners. These were beautiful to behold out of the box. I had to do some research on how to care for them, but it isn't that complicated. Make sure you use the Origin sizing chart. I used it, but also went with my typical shoe size as I was somewhat between 9 and 9.5. If you are at all on the fence between sizes, GO UP! Mine feel pretty tight in the toe box, and I should have possibly gone with the wide size (never had to wear wide shoes before). Also, on one of them, the little loop that the laces feed through on the tongue came off almost immediately. Kind of disappointing, but easily fixed.
