Description

Story of the Coronado Boot

The Coronado features a very unique tannage. The leather is waxed and has amazing pull-up . A durable leather that holds its shape, but wears in fast and takes on a distressed look for added character.

In 2011 we built a timber frame factory in the woods of Maine. We found the old timers to show us the old ways. We did what had to be done. We dug deep in the ground and in our hearts. We brought back what was forgotten. The people remembered why they used to be makers. “The world’s best”, that’s what American Made used to mean. Here’s the secret... it still does.

All our leather is tanned right here in Maine, 45 minutes from the Origin boot factory. We source our materials and components close to home. From brass eyelets, to laces and thread, everything is sourced domestically. Proving the American supply chain is still very much alive. Have comfort that your boots are 100% Made in America, without compromise.

    Great Work Boots!

Posted by Luke Downie on Aug 8th 2020

These are excellent work boots - heavy construction and built to last. There was a break-in period initially, but now they fit my feet perfectly. Having worn these boots for about 7 months now, the only thing that I regret is choosing the ripple soles. When walking across smooth surfaces such as linoleum, tile, or hardwood, they make a strange "sticky-squeaky" kind of sound (not sure how else to describe it). Other than that, I would highly recommend these boots.

Wish I’d purchased ½ size larger

    Great pair of boots.

Posted by Ashish on Jul 29th 2020

It takes a fair amount of time to break them in but it's worth the effort and time. The flappy tip next to the bottom eyelets towards the toe box dug into my foot initially so had to spread them out by hand but it softens up with time.

Best ever, third review I've done and the boots seem better every time. Fit is true to size and well worth the price.

    Fantastic!

Posted by JM on Jul 1st 2020

Got mine today. Impressive craftsmanship, look and feel. Much lighter than I thought they'd be. I appreciate that these were made in the USA and look forward to wearing these for a very long time. Worth the wait! Semper Fi!

    Forge Proof

If my tongs were broken I think these boots could be used to take the white hot iron from the fire. They're sturdier than I am and perfect for work. Really good boots. Fit true to size and will need minimal break in. I got the ripple sole because its closer to a zero drop and the wide size is perfect. Glad I spent the money. Zero regrets.

    Orgin Coronado Boots. Whiskey?

Posted by Joshua Bailey on Jun 24th 2020

these boots didn't not look like the picture at all i was expecting a dark boot but when it was delivered it looked like a normal brown boot. The whole reason I bought these boots were so I could have two different colors. Not to happy I paid as much as I did for a boot that did not look like the picture at all

    These Boots...

Posted by Douglas on May 17th 2020

I love this company but I was still very weary about purchasing these boots. The second I opened the box I knew they were worth the money. These boots look amazing. I have already gotten comments wearing them in public. I cant say enough about them. And yes they are also very comfy. I look forward to years of wearing them. And a quick note to anyone who is curious about sizing. I wear a 7.5 to 8. I ordered an 8 and they fit perfect.
