The ORIGIN Nano Wool™ Ninja Hoodie is a technical ALPHA layer engineered for the rigors of the unknown. Finishing an uphill three hour hike with a three hour sit at the top, your body is working hard to self regulate. ORIGIN Nano Wool™ features a double knit construction with a smooth face and micro craters that sit comfortably against your skin to capture heat and decrease friction, letting your body breathe and regulate to the conditions and changing environment.

Fit, Fabric and Care

ORIGIN NanoWool™ is a proprietary textile built on the Origin Factory Blockchain. Raw Fiber, Knitted, Printed, Cut, Sewn and Finished 100% in America, without compromise. Triple-blended, ORIGIN NanoWool™ features fine micron wool fiber sheared from Merino sheep farmed in the American west. This premium wool is then blended with Origin PolySynth™ recycled fiber for moisture management, and intimate blended with long-staple, ultra-soft Tencel™ (cellulosic fibers of botanic origin), for strength, durability, odor control and natural anti-microbial properties.

Ninja Hoodie

Bought this for hunting and really enjoyed it but never really put it through its paces sitting in a tree stand in NC. Decided to pack it along for a 4 day backpacking trips in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park as my light jacket/base insulating layer. I put the hoodie on Tuesday afternoon as it got dark and barely took it off until Friday when we were hiking out. I now absolutely love this thing! Warm when it was damp/wet. Great when things cools off in the evening. Great insulating layer under a jacket. Hoodie does wonders for making you warmer. And possibly the coolest part, I used the mask at night when I slept in my hammock. I could keep the wind off my face without burying my face in my sleeping quilt and getting to hot/stuffy. This is one of the best piece of gear I had on this trip! I have a lot of specific outdoor company clothing that does similar things but this hoodie does all of those things better.

Works great as a mid layer in colder weather or outer layer in slightly warmer weather. Very well made. Well though out features (thumb loops, integrated face cover that easily stows out of the way or can work as a neck warmer). I'm very pleased with the product. I do think the color is ever so lightly more subdued than in the pictures. But I think it is actually better that way. Should blend in very well. 10/10 would buy again.
