- Glucosamine is naturally found in cartilage, otherwise known as “joint cushions”. Supplementing your body with glucosamine hydrochloride may reduce joint pain, slow progression of degenerative joint conditions, or increase range of motion for some joints.
- Considered a “building block” for healthy joints, MSM is found in foods such as fruits, vegetables, and meats. Several studies have been conducted in which MSM improved symptoms of joint pain and physical function. When paired with boswellic acid and glucosamine, MSM has been shown to help reduce inflammation and joint degeneration.
Turmeric Root Extract
- Curcumin, a polyphenolic active compound in turmeric root, has been used for medicinal purposes for centuries in Asian countries. Supplementing the diet with turmeric root extract may show a reduction in symptoms from inflammation, decrease in pain, and improved function of joints. Consuming turmeric has been considered a safe option for symptomatic management of degenerative joint conditions of the knee.

Boswellia Serrata Extract

Being 48 and just getting back in it. Overweight, former Marine and a hard head. I dropped from 299 to 260 and was going to try and wait until I was in the 240’s to start running again. Between the Krill oil and the Joint Warfare, I have been able to run in our local beach runs since December. I do my think as often as possible and I really owe it to Jocko and his team. Thank you and keep up the GOOD work. 220X50(that’s my goal and mantra)
My wife and I are in our mid/late 40's. We've been doing Thai boxing and BJJ for a while. Other endeavours have included LDR (50k the longest). She swore by the JW. I thought "whatever." I started recently and it's been a life changer. My knees are trash. But since taking JW, they don't hurt as badly. We both work in security fields, close quarter spaces and I can't extend my gratitude enough. Like aspirin without burning a hole in your stomach.
