    Being 48 and just getting back in it. Overweight, former Marine and a hard head. I dropped from 299 to 260 and was going to try and wait until I was in the 240’s to start running again. Between the Krill oil and the Joint Warfare, I have been able to run in our local beach runs since December. I do my think as often as possible and I really owe it to Jocko and his team. Thank you and keep up the GOOD work. 220X50(that’s my goal and mantra)

    My wife and I are in our mid/late 40's. We've been doing Thai boxing and BJJ for a while. Other endeavours have included LDR (50k the longest). She swore by the JW. I thought "whatever." I started recently and it's been a life changer. My knees are trash. But since taking JW, they don't hurt as badly. We both work in security fields, close quarter spaces and I can't extend my gratitude enough. Like aspirin without burning a hole in your stomach.
