MOLK Protein Powders
Whey Protein Concentrate
Whey protein concentrate (WPC) contains low levels of fat and carbohydrates being 80% protein by weight. WPC has been shown to enhance power output and support healthy muscle growth, as well as assist in maintaining an increase in protein synthesis upon consumption.
Whey Protein Isolate
Whey protein isolate is a great source of protein for those struggling with lactose intolerance as this type of protein has all the fat and lactose removed during an extra processing step. Whey protein isolate provides amino acids essential for muscle repair and has been shown to positively affect strength performance.
Egg albumin, also known as the egg white, provides nutrients such as protein, trace minerals, and vitamins while containing almost no fat or carbohydrates. Egg whites contain all nine essential amino acids, labeling them as complete protein. Egg albumin is a great way to consume high amounts of protein while limiting caloric intake.
A supplier of amino acids, carbohydrates, and calcium, micellar casein is a phosphoprotein primarily found in mammalian milk that is a slowly digestible protein source. Consuming micellar casein has been shown to positively influence plasma amino acid availability following consumption while stimulating muscle recovery. Being that casein is slowly digested it leaves your muscles fueled with amino acids over many hours.
Lactobacillus acidophilus is a bacterium often used as a probiotic and is naturally found in areas such as your intestines. This bacterium may support a decrease in lactose intolerance, decrease your serum cholesterol levels in your gastrointestinal tract, and positively influence your body’s immune response.
The enzymes in this specifically formulated blend are used to target different nutrients, such as breaking down carbohydrates and starches, working on proteins, handling fats, or more efficiently digesting lactose. Other than helping your body break down and absorb nutrients, digestive enzymes have been shown to support a decrease in lactose intolerance as well as relieve other common gastrointestinal complaints.
Mix one pack daily in 6-8 ounces of water, milk, or your favorite beverage, or use as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For best results, use a shaker or blender and serve cold.

The best protein powder iv ever had !
Overall, I think that Molk is an excellent protein powder. I've tried a lot of different brands and rate them on the following criteria: 1. Ingredients and Macros 2. Digestion 3. Taste 4. Mixability and Consistency 5. Price I'll start with the things that I really liked about this protein powder: From an ingredients and a macros standpoint, this is an excellent blend. I'm usually not a huge fan of whey/casein blends, but I use Molk as a supplement between meals and as a post-workout recovery drink and it is good for keeping you full and also for recovery before bed. I think that this is a high quality protein as I've had some issues with an getting an upset stomach or feeling nauseous after having two scoops in one serving of other protein powders. However, when I take two scoops of Molk I don't get that sick to my stomach or sluggish feeling. For the price point, I think that the blend of quality and services is reasonable. You get a high quality protein with a decent number of servings without breaking the bank. It would be awesome to have a larger serving option (i.e., 5lb/6lbs) which would cut down on the number of orders I need to place as well as shipping costs for both sides. For the few things I've noted that I personally had to adjust to I'll break them down Jocko style: 1. When mixing this protein in a shaker bottle, it takes a lot of shaking to fully mix in and break up the powder and get rid of the clumps. GOOD. More shoulder activation work during the day. 2. When mixing, sometimes protein will stick to the lid and not mix in and I'll have to take the lid off and scrape it back into the liquid. GOOD. Another opportunity to stay vigilant. 3. In terms of taste, I found that I had to use much less water or almond mix to not dilute the taste of the Molk. For other protein powders I usually put two scoops in 24 oz of liquid, but with Molk I've found that I need to use about 6-12 oz as noted on the mixing instructions. This is driven by the fact that Molk doesn't have a lot of artificial flavoring in it, but it took some adjusting to dial in the right ratio of liquid. GOOD. I get to practice my precision and being disciplined in getting water from other sources during the day. I've rambled on for quite awhile now, but in summary this is a great powder from a quality and price standpoint. Just be forewarned that you'll need to use less water than you're used to and shake it for a bit longer. Alternatively, you could use a blender but what's the fun in that.
