I’m wearing these in a tree stand right now. At first, the lack of pockets was a disappointment, but the access zips are so easy, I don’t mind it at all. Some of my other hunting pants and bibs have so many pockets, I forget where I’ve put things (like my headlamp, truck fob, knife, etc). I prefer these now.

The extra tough material on the knees and seat is perfect. I hike through lots of thick brush and thorns to get to my stands, and this material is holding up better thank my Sitka and First Lite gear.

I haven’t had these on in a downpour, but I imagine if the water stops beading up, it would take a long time to dry out. Probably need to reapply DWR treatment annually.
